Becoming a New Patient
Interfaith Dental Clinic provides comprehensive and emergency dental services for low-income, uninsured individuals suffering from devastating dental disease on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size.
If you meet the general guidelines listed above and want to find out more information about our program, please call our office at (615) 329-4790 (Greater Nashville) or (615) 225-4141 (Rutherford County) and speak with one of our Patient Care Coordinators for additional program requirements.
Phone Interview
When you call to inquire about becoming a new patient, our exceptional team of Patient Care Coordinators will ask you for some basic information to help route you to the most appropriate program to address your dental needs.

Obtaining an Application
Comprehensive Care Program
Applications for this program are available every month on a first-come first-serve basis. There are a limited number of applications given out each month, so we encourage our potential patients to arrive early in order to ensure the best possibility of obtaining an application. Please call one of our Patient Care Coordinators at 615-329-4790 (Nashville office) or 615-225-4141 (Murfreesboro office) to find out when we are having our next Application Day. Download our What to Bring PDF for a full list of the required documents necessary to complete your application.
If you receive an application, our Patient Care Coordinators will provide a brief orientation on the program and how to correctly fill out the application. They will also remain available throughout the day to answer any questions you may have. We are here to help!
Emergency Program
If you believe you have an emergency dental need and have not already called our office, please do so as we do not accept walk-ins. We have emergency appointments available each day on a first-come, first-served basis.
When you arrive for your emergency appointment, you will fill out a basic registration form and be seen by one of our doctors.
